Lost or Stolen Packages
Wicked Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
